Desalination
I have made a September 16th resolution to stop adding salt to my food. I have a salt problem. Not physiologically, at least not yet. But still. Too much salt. I'm not going to avoid salt, but I'm not going to add it to anything either. Hopefully, my palate will adjust (ideally by New Year's, making a nice reversolution). I'm 10 minutes into my first lunch since my resolution, and I miss it already.

Bill has been on a tear about salt for a while. I spend most of my time at the grocery store reading Sodium amounts on the nutrition labels.
It's a very good thing actually. It lowers his blood pressure, and once you get used to lower sodium you start to enjoy food more. It also makes packaged/frozen/fast food taste dreadful when your palette can detect the gobs of sodium and sugar and corn syrup in them.
